Hatha Yoga Flow
Mondays & Fridays 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Instructor: Raymond Clark
Start your day refreshed and relaxed. Join this class for an alignment-based, body and heart opening practice to prepare for the day ahead. Links traditional Hatha postures into a sequence of movements that flow naturally from one to the next. This eclectic class will explore variations of sun salutations, standing and seated poses along with body balancing. Modifications will be provided for postures to enhance flexibility, alignment, and strength and make this class accessible for all. Connecting the breath with the movement of the body during the “flow” of yoga and deepening into the “stretch” allows energy to flow and provides relaxation for the busy mind.

This formidable, energizing and engaging workout is known for creating compact, yet powerful muscles, rather than bulky ones. Barre Workout is designed to trim, tighten and tone your entire body with an emphasis on defining glutes and legs. By using small controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, you can develop a strong lean physique. Classes include small hand weights, yoga straps, Coregeous exercise balls, mats and chairs to shape your body from every angle. Beginner's welcomed.

Gentle Movement & Stretching
Suited for all levels from those new to yoga, have temporary or chronic physical limitations or who just want a less vigorous class. Slow down the mind and body through breathwork, gentle stretches, movements and deep relaxation. Designed to increase awareness, strength, flexibility and focus. More experienced students who enjoy a slower paced class also enjoy Gentle Stretching. We have Yoga Tune-Up therapy balls for your use during class, and if you fall in love with them you can purchase in our yoga store.
