Yoga Vallarta offers several classes a week and we welcome all levels of ability from beginning students to the advanced. We have early a.m. yoga classes and p.m. classes, including weekends! Enjoy our invigorating Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Ashtanga, Kundalini and Mat Pilates group classes. Yoga Vallarta offers a fresh way for you to relax and cultivate balance in a comfortable, safe environment. NEW!!! Specialty classes coming soon: Learn Spanish, Tai Chi, Salsa & Belly Dancing in PV. The spacious third-floor studio is clean and air-conditioned offering men's & women's shower rooms. The studio has a beautiful downtown location Zona Romantica just a few blocks from PV's best beach, Los Muertos and a stroll from the Conchas Chinas neighborhood. Zona Romantica (Romantic Zone) is in Viejo Vallarta (Old Town), an area which retains its old charm of cobble stone streets, pink-tiled rooftops and shady courtyards.
Our address is Basilio Badillo #325-3 Colonia Emiliano Zapata (Between Constitucion & Insurgentes/ A few doors from Cafe Cathedral). Basilio Badillo is known as 'Restaurant Row' with so much within reach - Mexican/International cuisine, art galleries, music, nightlife, shopping - stores of every kind!
